I think Chris is right.....there's no one training method that's the best way......But the great thing about Crossfit is its not designed to follow one path......Crossfit gives you tools to make your own path.............I think there's some affiliates out there that preach their way is the only way........I say the Crossfit principals and way of life give anyone, young , old, disabled , or in awesome shape a tool to change your life!
