The Holy Grail of CrossFit is the
hompepage and the Workout OF the Day (WOD), no question. On this page you found a place to protocol and present your WOD results (and find them again, they are "tagable"), save and share you CF videos and pics and meet people in your country and region you can perform with. So what to do first? Register FREE, fill out the questionaire, upload some pics or videos and start bloogging your WOD results (you can decide, if you want to share them! Go to "My Settings").
