Community for Athletes - and their WOD protocols!

Happy New Year everyone! Did a "Tabata Something Else" Sunday before Christmas ,323 reps.
After that I took a week off from training what so ever around Christmas. Tried to do some fun WODs after that :Back Squat 5x5r 80 kg. "Angie" 23.03 min. "Fight Gone Bad" 230 reps. "Michael" 25.54 min. "Murph" 38.53. My brothers 30/30 Challenge: 30 reps with 30 kg bar DL/SDLHP/PC/BSQ/PP/PU for time. 13.02 min. My pullup bar is outside in the back. Thankfully with roof over it but still... The temperature here in Sweden(Uppsala) was -5 to -20 below Celsius. A good reason to get a good time on PUs! Angie , FGB and Murph were all done outside when the temperature were below -10. Back to work and the old routines. Morning CF WODs at 6.00 down at the gym. I still haven´t tried to bike there again. (To cold) Soon.... My brothers BSQ 50 kg/50 reps challenge for time, my time 2.37, has been beaten and beaten good! An old friend of mine (a karate blackbelt, built like a brick) did the challenge in 1.41 min! Thats fast. To me anyway. Everybody is invited to try. I will make another try some day.
I have started to log everything at LogsItAll. Works good for me. Still not the perfect journal but it will do. All my exercises are logged there and public. Early post may have some comments in swedish but I try to use english from now on. Look me up in the members area (search for Sissyphos)
